Jason West is a Strategy Consultant and founder of Officers Eat Last. Officers Eat Last is a management consulting firm that helps business owners align their Vision, Strategy, Goals, and Assessment to deliver their desired business results. He has a passion for helping business owners succeed. Jason is also an entrepreneur, author, mentor, and a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel. Jason has been leading and developing teams for 25 plus years as a Marine and business leader. He has founded two companies and successfully sold one. He has led Marine units in combat environments in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Jason is a mentor with the Invention to Innovation Center (I2C) at The University of Alabama Huntsville (UAH). A few years ago, he compiled some of his views and beliefs on leadership into a book titled, “Leadership Development: A Blueprint for Building Your Leadership Foundation."
